Our consultancy team work in collaboration with local builders and property developers across Lanarkshire to develop business cases and carry out investment appraisals for building projects.  Leveraging our network of trades people, architects, structural engineers, solicitors and estate agents, we support co-ordinating the end-to-end process from identifying investment opportunities to completion of sales.

Where financing is required to fund projects, we engage with local financing companies and mortgage brokers to facilitate appropriate financial solutions.

Throughout the build process, we can also offer Health & Safety guidance and risk assessments using our IOSH qualified Health & Safety Officer.
